Automatic stock Tracking

As a centralized stock database, the stock module delivers the capability of easily tracks stock from all states and branches and provides the accurate stock card of the product quantity bought, Quantity sold and the remaining quantity automatically. If the product is damaged, Stock-Card provides a medium where u can enter the quantity damaged with reasons. Then the system automatically reconciles and updates the stock accurately and provides an instant and report on the update. The stock module also delivers the capabilities managing the stock through their different warehouses, as above, in different states and branches.

Automatic Sales Tracking

When sales are made, Cloud-Stock automatically gets the record of the customer, the Staff who made the transaction, the products sold, Quantity, the amount sold, the debt owe to and by the customer and provides the necessary receipt, loading order, waybill, delivery note and report respectively. Through this module, products can be returned by the customer to any criteria, and the stock will automatically be reconciled or updated accordingly. Payments can also be made through this module, especially if the customer is paid partially.

Product Notification

Cloud-Stock triggers notification when a product reaches a warning and critical threshold on a quantity indication low and finished stock. A notification is also triggered when a product reaches a warning and critical threshold on a date of expiration indicates that a product is about to expire or expired.

Handling of Partial Payments.

The Cloud-Stock platform has the capability of managing partial payments made for product items, these are automatically tracked and managed by the system.

Fastest Sold Product

Cloud-Stock delivers a robust capability of displaying products in how fast they are sold. It does this in a hierarchical and structured manner. You can search this in any criteria, one is display the fastest sold product using quantity, the other is to show the fastest sold product in the amount sold to customers.

Manages Product Returns

Cloud-Stock manages all capability of returning products bought from customers. Products can be returned in any criteria. It can return products that of the same prices. It can return some of the products bought by a customer. It can also return all products, and the customer will be refunded or buy some products with the money. Once any return is made, Cloud-Stock automatically reconciles the stock and updates the stock and its report.

Provides a medium for vendors and their payments

Cloud-Stock provides a capability of buying some products from a vendor and paying to vendors. The payment can be made in full once and partially, through this medium, with automatic dates capturing.
