Meeting, levy and other activities schedule
Census delivers the capability of scheduling some of its activities, including meetings, levies, donations, etc, as it demands. Once any activity is scheduled and the levy is made, it will automatically be sent to all members who are involved. Members can then log in with their credentials to make the necessary transactions based on the activities.
Members payment tracking and reconciliation
Members can make their payment in Census either through Paystack or through bank. Once payment is made, and admin confirms the payment, the system automatically reconciles and updates the account.
Automatic Accounting/Report generation
Once the income is automatically generated and expenses are made and updated, the account is automatically updated and generated. Administrators can now generate daily, weekly, monthly or yearly account based on demand.
Mobile responsive/Mobile app
Census is also mobile responsive and can work on mobile devices, like Phones, tabs. And it will still work in the same way as laptops and PCs. It is smart and all the modules and features are made available using mobile responsiveness.
Automatic tracking of member's levies
Census automatically tracks all activities levies, donations and any other activities scheduled by the organization. The Census platform provides the capabilities to integrate with most industry standard biometric devices to enable a seamless integration for attendance capturing and processing. The biometric options can be freely delivered within the existing framework of the organization to enhance data capturing and processing.
Members and Non-Member Tracking
Census System delivers the capability of easily tracks members and non-members in kindreds, villages towns, local Governments, States, etc. Members are eligible for transaction operations, while non-members are for population calculations. With Census, you can make visibility the number of people from each kindred, villages, Town, etc. It automatically generates unique Social Security Number (SSN) to members, respectively. All activities in this system are attributed to all members. Members sign in with their respective unique SSN to see all their transactions.
Attendance tracking
Census delivers attendance tracking. Once meetings and other activities are held, attendance can be made through Census , members who attended the meeting will be marked and money scheduled for absenteeism will be automatically sent to those who are absent in the meeting.
Expenditure tracking
Census tracks individual and collective expenses of an organization. Once expenses are made, the account is updated accordingly. It generates daily, weekly, monthly and yearly expenses based on demand.
