Cloud-Meeting delivers the capability of scheduling some of its activities, including meetings, levies, donations, etc, as it demands. Once any activity is scheduled and the levy is made, it will automatically be sent to all members who are involved. Members can then log in with their credentials to make the necessary transactions based on the activities.
Members payment tracking and reconciliation
Members can make their payment in Cloud-Meeting either through Paystack or through bank. Once payment is made, and admin confirms the payment, the system automatically reconciles and updates the account.
Automatic Accounting/Report generation
Once the income is automatically generated and expenses are made and updated, the account is automatically updated and generated. Administrators can now generate daily, weakly, monthly or yearly account based on demand.
Mobile responsive/Mobile app
